When Client selects the Activate Payments option we assess eligibility for a Merchant Account. If we determine that Client is a suitable candidate, we proceed to collect Merchant Account Application Data. The Data is collected for the express purpose of sharing such data with one or more of our partner Payment Processors by submitting your Merchant Account application for Payment Processor’s review and assessment. When you choose the Activate Payments option we will obtain confirmation of your consent to collect and share your Data.
